Annapurna will re-release the physical edition of Outer Wilds: Archaeologist Edition for PS5, which will already have the Echoes of the Eye expansion pack

We wrote that the physical edition of Outer Wilds: Archaeologist Edition for PlayStation 5 does not have the Echoes of the Eye expansion pack, which was supposed to be there. However, the publisher Annapurna has now written down what to do for those who have already received a copy of the game.

Here's What We Know

Owners of the "defective" edition have two options: request a digital code for the expansion pack from the store where the disc was purchased. If you don't like this option, you can request an updated disc version, where everything should be correct, but you will have to wait about 8 weeks. All updates on the situation will appear on the website and in the iam8bit store profile.
