Destiny 2 was launched on Steam back in 2019. The game has had its ups and downs, but in June 2024, after the release of The Final Shape expansion pack, the game had a large online following and everything seemed to be on track. However, the game is currently experiencing its lowest concurrent player count.
Here's What We Know
In September, the game's online peak dropped to 30-32 thousand players, which is a historical low on PC. Also, over the past 30 days, only 63% of reviews on Steam have been positive, so Bungie and its game are once again going through hard times.
Where To Play
Destiny 2 is available for free on PC, PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series.
