Apple has introduced a new generation of wireless headphones - AirPods 4. During the iPhone 16 presentation, the company announced these new models that will replace AirPods 2 and AirPods 3.

Here's What We Know

AirPods 4 have a similar design to AirPods 3, but with some innovations. The most important update is the new H2 chip, which provides improved sound quality, including voice isolation and personalised spatial sound. These features were previously available only in AirPods Pro 2, but now they will be available in the new AirPods 4.

The new line consists of two models. The first is a more affordable version without active noise cancellation and transparency mode, but it still includes a new design and other upgrades. It costs $129.

The second version includes additional features such as active noise reduction, transparency mode, and adaptive audio, which makes it more expensive. This model is available for $179.

Both models of AirPods 4 are already available for pre-order, and sales start on 20 September.
