LG introduces the thinnest and lightest laptop with Intel Lunar Lake: the new LG Gram 16 Pro

LG has announced an updated version of its Gram 16 Pro laptop with new Intel Lunar Lake processors. This laptop is not only powerful, but also extremely lightweight - it weighs only 1.19 kg, despite its large 16-inch display.

Here's What We Know

Previously, the Gram 16 Pro was shipped with Intel Meteor Lake processors, but LG has decided to switch to the new Lunar Lake architecture. This upgrade promises to improve CPU and GPU performance, and includes a neural processing unit (NPU) that delivers 48 terra operations per second (TOPS). This will ensure compatibility with Microsoft Copilot+ features.

The laptop has a slim body that tapers to 12.8 mm, which is why it is so lightweight.

Other technical details have not yet been disclosed.

LG plans to launch the new version of the Gram 16 Pro in early 2025.
