Star Wars Outlaws UK launch sales are 'about half' of what Assassin's Creed Mirage had
Considering the fact that Star Wars Outlaws is the first open-world game in the Lucas universe and has a major publisher like Ubisoft behind it, you might have expected a much bigger success than the game actually received. Previously, it was reported that the game had 55% lower physical sales in the UK compared to Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, and recently new information has emerged.
Here's What We Know
According to GamesIndusrty CEO Christopher Dring, even the combined physical and digital sales of the game are not impressive: they are about 50% less than the results of Assassin's Creed Mirage, a much smaller Ubisoft game that was released last year.
However, at the same time, it is worth noting the fact that the game still feels better than Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, which was also published by Ubisoft and released in December.
Where To Play
Star Wars Outlaws is available to play on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Windows.
