If you want to save money on the purchase of a PlayStation 5, Sony will soon start selling refurbished consoles that cost $100 cheaper.

Here's What We Know

For example, a refurbished PS5 console with a disc drive will be sold for $400. The version without a disc drive costs $350.

You will receive all the cables and documents required for the PS5, as well as a 12-month warranty from the manufacturer.

However, it is also noted that "certified refurbished products may have minor cosmetic defects".

Refurbished gamepads will also be on sale. The company asks $60 for the white DualSense, while the coloured one costs $5 more.

More details about these products can be found in the official PlayStation store.
