Edifier has announced its new flagship TWS headphones, the Stax Spirit S10.

Here's What We Know

The headphones get a Qualcomm chip and drivers with a 12mm diameter and a frequency range of 20Hz to 40kHz. The flat planar diaphragm is 8µm thick and is attached to a 2µm thick substrate. The drivers use second-generation EqualMass wiring, which creates a uniform magnetic field for uniform diaphragm performance. Each pair is phase calibrated so that stereo sound reaches both ears simultaneously.

The Stax Spirit S10 supports ANC and Bluetooth 5.4 multipoint connectivity with extensive support for audio codecs including AAC, SBC, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, aptX Voice, LDAC and LHDC 5.0. The new product features a gaming mode with audio latency of up to 89ms, as well as IP54 protection.

As for autonomy, Stax Spirit S10 will last from a single charge with ANC up to 18 hours and without ANC - up to 28 hours. The novelty supports fast charging (15 minutes will provide 1.5 hours of music listening).

Price & When We Can Expect It

Edifier Stax Spirit S10 is already available for purchase, but only in Japan for now. The model costs $275. In other countries, the headphones will appear a little later.
