HONOR earlier this month globally unveiled its new Magic V3 foldable smartphone, which has already gained popularity in Europe.

Here's What We Know

Launched in China on 12 July, the Magic V3 became available globally from 5 September. On the first day of sales in the UK, demand for the new product was 195 per cent higher than for the previous Magic V2 model over the same period. The high demand led to a shortage of the device, and the company is rushing to replenish stocks in Europe. The red-brown colour variant proved to be particularly popular.

The Magic V3 is even thinner compared to the Magic V2 and despite Samsung's efforts with their Galaxy Fold 6, the HONOR still holds the title of the thinnest foldable smartphone. Samsung plans to release an even thinner version of the Galaxy Fold 6, known as the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, in China and South Korea later this year, but even that model may not catch up to the new product from HONOR.
