Apple has decided to change the tradition and not include stickers in the boxes with the new iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro. The company has confirmed that these stickers will be available only on request at the Apple Store.

Here's What We Know

If you buy your iPhone 16 from an Apple Store, you can request the stickers at the time of purchase. However, third-party sellers and carriers will not receive the stickers for distribution and they will not be available for ordering with shipping.

The move is part of Apple's environmental initiatives, which aims to be carbon neutral by 2030. In 2024, Apple is focusing on packaging made entirely of fibre and plans to eliminate plastic elements from its packaging by next year.

This decision is not new, as box stickers have disappeared from other new Apple products, such as the Vision Pro and the new iPad Pro and iPad Air.
