Xiaomi Announces 165W Compact Power Bank with Built-in USB-C Cable and Fast Charging Support for Smartphones and Laptops

Xiaomi has unveiled a new 165W Power Bank with a built-in USB-C cable. The model has a capacity of 10,000 mAh and offers fast charging with a maximum power of 165 W.

The new Power Bank joins Xiaomi's expanding range of accessories. Thanks to its 10,000 mAh battery capacity, the device can charge Mix Fold 4 from 0% to 100% more than once, iPhone 15 Pro Max 1.75 times, and Xiaomi 14 Pro 1.8 times.

It has a compact design and a built-in USB-C cable, which means you don't have to carry extra cables when travelling. In addition to the built-in cable, there is another USB-C port and you can charge two devices at the same time. The output power is 165W, of which the built-in cable provides fast charging up to 120W and the additional port provides 45W.

The Power Bank supports PD 3.0, QC 3.0, PPS, and Apple 2.4 technologies, which allows it to charge not only smartphones but also accessories and laptops. Xiaomi claims that the new product can charge the Apple MacBook Pro 2021 by 14-23% and the Redmi Book 2024 by up to 28% in 30 minutes.

The device also has a fast charging function with a maximum input current of 90W, which makes it possible to charge it up to 55% in just 15 minutes. The Power Bank has a built-in display showing the charging status and capacity.

The Power Bank is currently available for pre-order in China, with no word yet on global availability.
