Some exclusive Pixel 9 features may soon be available for previous Pixel models

Google's recently unveiled Pixel 9 smartphones include new Auto Frame and Reimagine features that were originally exclusive to the series. However, according to recent reports, these features may become available for older Pixel models released between 2021 and 2023.

In the code of the Google Photos app for Pixel, references have been found to the fact that Auto Frame and Reimagine features may be available for previous generations of Pixel smartphones. Auto Frame uses artificial intelligence to automatically improve the composition of photos, while Reimagine allows you to change the background in images.

There's no official confirmation from Google yet, but the presence of these features in the app version for older Pixel models indicates that the company is considering introducing them. It's important to note that for Android devices outside of the Pixel lineup, these features won't be available for now.
