Following the recent launch of the Infinix Hot 50 5G, new rumours have emerged about another smartphone from the company that could be the thinnest in five years. According to the information published by Passionategeekz, Infinix is working on a device that is only 6 mm thick, which is much thinner than most modern smartphones.

Here's What We Know

The new phone may surpass the Tecno Camon 11 series, which has held the title of the thinnest smartphone since 2018. The leaked images show that the device has a curved display with 3D glass.

The photos also show a similar design to the recently released Infinix Hot 50 5G, including a rectangular camera module that contains three sensors and an LED flash. The smartphone may feature a silicon battery, which, thanks to its higher energy density, will reduce its thickness compared to standard lithium-ion batteries.

A comparison with the iPhone Pro/Pro Max shows a significant difference in thickness. For example, the iPhone 16 is 7.80 mm thick and the iPhone 16 Pro Max is 8.25 mm thick, while the new product from Infinix impresses with its ultra-thin profile.

Although official information is still scarce, it is expected that the announcement of the new Infinix smartphone will take place soon.
