Splatoon 3 was released in September 2022 exclusively for Nintendo Switch. The game has been actively supported for 2 years, but now it is over.

Here's What We Know

The authors announced that after 2 incredible years, regular updates for Splatoon 3 will end.

However, events such as Splatoween, Spring Fest, Frosty Fest, and Summer Nights will continue to be held in the game.

The Big Run, Eggstra Work, and monthly challenges are also here to stay. And any weapon changes will be made on an "as needed" basis.

Splatoon 3 is a colourful third-person shooter. Players compete in team battles, where the main goal is to cover as much territory as possible with paint using various paint guns and weapons.
