Action PRG Final Fantasy XVI has reached PC a year after its release on PlayStation 5: the game costs $50 on Steam
In June 2023, the action RPG Final Fantasy XVI was released exclusively on PlayStation 5. A little more than a year later, and starting from 17 September 2024, PC players will also be able to play one of the best games of the past year.
Here's What We Know
On Steam , the game costs $50, but there is also a demo version so you can try the game for free, check how it works on your PC and see if it's worth buying.
Players will find themselves in an epic dark fantasy world where the fate of the land is decided by the powerful Eikons and the Dominants who own them. This is the story of Clive Rosfield, a warrior who has been named the First Shield of the Rosary and sworn to protect his younger brother Joshua, the Dominator of the Phoenix. Soon, Clive is caught up in a great tragedy and swears vengeance against the Dark Aikon Ifrit, a mysterious entity that brings disaster in its wake.
Clive has many powerful sword skills and Eikonik's magical abilities at his disposal, so the combat system is dynamic and interesting. At the same time, there are many locations to explore, so players will have to spend at least 40 hours to complete the game.
On PlayStation 5, the game received 8 points from players on Metacritic, so now it's interesting how this part will be received on PC.
