Henderson's sources reported a lot of interesting facts about the game and brief theses are as follows:
- the events of the shooter will unfold between 2027 and 2030;
- the story campaign will tell about the confrontation of several NATO countries against a huge private military company (previously rumoured to be Russian);
- major locations include Gibraltar and the US;
- Ripple Effect studio is developing a separate Battlefield mode in a Battle royal format;
- multiplayer modes will feature 10 maps and 45 weapons, twice as many as Battlefield 2042;
- Tom Henderson confirmed the information that the developers will try to surprise with an advanced object destructibility system, but he is not sure if EA will return to the levolution technology used in the previous instalments;
