OnePlus is planning to release OxygenOS 15 before the end of the year, and a leak has revealed many new iOS-inspired features.

Here's What We Know

According to the latest reports, the new version of the OxygenOS shell will get a separate control centre and notification panel like iOS, with the option to switch to the older variant. There will also be an iOS-style volume bar with a large slider that narrows after pressing the volume button. OxygenOS 15 will also include a feature similar to Dynamic Island and support for live photos.

Users will also be able to customise the lock screen with a depth effect and choose options from multiple presets. The shell will also feature a "Never Settle" passphrase, accessible via a calculator that appears if you press "1+" and "=".

These changes make OxygenOS 15 more similar to OPPO's ColorOS, which will also get similar features. OPPO is expected to release ColorOS 15 next month in China, which will give an idea of the innovations.
