iPhone 16 Pro Max review: What's new in Apple's flagships?
Apple has officially unveiled the iPhone 16, and the new models are already available for customers around the world. After reviewing the standard version, we are now ready to share our impressions of the unboxing and review of the flagship iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max models.
Here's What We Know
This year, unboxing has become a bit easier: Apple decided not to include stickers in the box. It now contains only the iPhone and cable.
Despite the initial doubts about the new titanium shade "Desert", in real life it has a pleasant golden colour with a delicate pink tint. The white titanium iPhone 16 Pro looks stylish, but the colours of the Pro models are not as bright as the colourful shades of the regular iPhone 16.
Both flagships are larger, with thinner bezels, which makes them look more modern. They feel lighter to hold, although the 16 Pro Max does feel a little bulkier.
The Pro models have similar features except for the display size and battery life. The Pro Max offers better endurance thanks to its larger battery.
The new models have a button for quick access to the camera. Double-clicking it takes a photo, and pressing and holding it starts video recording. Importantly, the new video features include 4K recording at 120 frames per second, as well as audio customisation with Audio Mix.
Apple also introduced a new 48-megapixel Ultra Wide camera for better lighting in wide shots.
Many Apple Intelligence features will only be available with the iOS 18.1 update.
