Samsung has updated the system equaliser in the latest One UI 6.1.1 update

Samsung has released the One UI 6.1.1 update for a range of Galaxy devices including the Galaxy S22, S23 and S24 series and one of the key new features is an improved equaliser in the audio settings.

Here's What We Know

EQ presets are now displayed as clickable capsule buttons, making room for larger sliders and brief descriptions for each preset. Presets now have new names such as Smooth, Clean, More Low, Dynamic and More High. These changes are aimed at improving and making the user interface easier to use, as well as optimising the sound.

The One UI 6.1.1.1 update also includes multitasking and performance improvements, especially for the Galaxy Fold series devices, and also emphasises on expanding Galaxy AI functionality. Samsung continues to improve its devices by adding new features and improving existing ones to remain competitive in the smartphone market.
