OnePlus 13R: new details on camera, battery and fast charging in latest leaks

The latest leaks suggest that OnePlus 13R, a new sub-flagship version of the OnePlus 13 smartphone, may be coming soon.

Here's What We Know

According to Digital Chat Station, the OnePlus 13R is likely to be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor and will feature a 1.5K resolution BOE X2 LTPO flat panel display. At the same time, the flagship OnePlus 12 is already available with an aluminium frame, while the 13R is expected to have a plastic one.

The camera also plays an important role in the new smartphone. The 13R is expected to feature a 50MP primary camera, possibly based on one of Samsung's latest sensors. Additionally, there is a telephoto option with a similar resolution, although it may be exclusive to the Pro version.

The Ace 5 series, also expected in late 2024, will be available outside of China under the 13R name. Like the new flagships, the 13R promises 100W fast charging and a 6000mAh battery.
