We wrote that Matt Reeves has officially finished the script for the Batman sequel. And now people are wondering who will oppose the Dark Knight besides the Penguin? And the director has already voiced his first comments on this matter, but you won't like them.

Here's What We Know

In an interview, Showsha asked Matt Reeves if the sequel to Batman will feature the Court of Owls, a criminal organisation and secret society that controls Gotham. Fans have long dreamed of the Owls appearing in the film because we have never seen them on screen before.

Matt said that he can't comment on the film because it's still in production, and people shouldn't know what kind of film we're making ahead of time, so he refuses to comment on anything for now.

It is worth reminding that the film will start shooting in 2025, and the premiere is scheduled for 2 October 2026.
