vivo V40e: 120Hz AMOLED display, MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chip and 50 MP camera for $345
The company vivo held a presentation where it showed the smartphone V40e.
Here's What We Know
The model received a 6.77-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, HDR10+ support and 120Hz refresh rate. The gadget is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chip. The SoC is built on a 4-nanometre process. It works in tandem with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128/256GB UFS2.2 storage.
The novelty features a dual 50 MP main camera (Sony IMX 882 with OIS) + 8 MP and a 50 MP front camera with autofocus and f/2.0 aperture. The gadget comes with an under-screen scanner, stereo speakers and Aura Light backlight. A 5500 mAh battery with 80W charging is responsible for the autonomy of the novelty.
Out of the box, the vivo V40e comes with Android 14 operating system and FuntouchOS 14 shell.
Price & When We Can Expect It
The vivo V40e is already available for pre-order in India with prices starting from $345. The sales of the novelty will start on the 2nd of October. Whether the gadget will appear in other countries is unknown.
