At Tokyo Game Show famous Japanese game designer Keiichiro Toyama, the author of such cult series as Silent Hill, Siren and Gravity Rush, and now the head of Bokeh Game Studio, presented to the public the shots of his new game - action-horror Slitterhead.

Here's What We Know

Toyama said that his main goal was to make Slitterhead so that the player would have to think over his actions and adjust to the rapidly changing circumstances.

The protagonist of Slitterhead will be a metaphysical entity Hyoki, who can inhabit people and give them supernatural powers so that they can give battle to terrible insect-like monsters.

The creatures have learnt to disguise themselves and are slowly filling the city, and Hyoki has a blind hatred for them and tries her best to prevent them from spreading.

Slitterhead is not a classic horror game, but rather an action game with thriller elements, in which players are expected to have dynamic battles with monsters. The combat system of the game is based on timely blocks, parries and dodges.

When We Can Expect It

Slitterhead will be released on 8 November on PC, PS4, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
