Samsung releases September security update for international version of Galaxy S20 FE 5G

In early September 2024, Samsung released a security update for the Galaxy S20 FE 5G, which was initially only available for carrier-supported models in the US.

The update is now available for the international version of the smartphone with model number SM-G781B.

The update contains the new firmware version G781BXXSDHXI4 and includes the September patch that addresses 67 security vulnerabilities.

How To Switch It On

Users can download it through the Settings, Software Update, Download and Install menu. Alternatively, the update can be installed manually using the Odin app.
