Xiaomi introduced Buds 5: An alternative to Apple AirPods at an affordable price

Xiaomi has released a new model of Buds 5 wireless headphones, which are now available on the global market.

Buds 5 have a semi-in-ear design similar to Apple's AirPods 4, which provides a comfortable fit. They are also equipped with Snapdragon Sound technology, which allows you to receive audio in the Qualcomm aptX Lossless format with a maximum bit rate of up to 1.2 Mbps. This exceeds Sony's LDAC performance.

The headphones have active noise cancellation and three microphones with artificial intelligence to improve call quality. According to the manufacturer, Buds 5 can operate for up to 39 hours with the charging case, and the headphones themselves provide up to 6.5 hours of battery life.

Other features of the Buds 5 include compatibility with the Xiaomi Earbuds app, IP54 water and dust protection, touch controls, and 3D audio with dynamic head tracking.
