Here's What We Know

The Ice Universe insider confirmed on social media that the upcoming flagship will get 16GB of RAM. Moreover, he claims that this information is 100% confirmed.

By the way, this will be the first Galaxy S Ultra smartphone with 16 GB of memory in recent times. For example, the current Galaxy S24 offers a maximum of 12GB RAM. According to other rumours, the Galaxy S25 Ultra could also get a powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and LPDDR6 memory, which will provide a noticeable boost in performance and efficiency.
