Apple held a major presentation this month, unveiling new smartphones, smart watches and wireless headphones. Insiders assure that the autumn novelties didn't end there, and the company will hold another event as early as October.

Here's What We Know

Apple is expected to focus on the iPad and Mac at the October presentation. According to numerous leaks and rumours, the event will debut:

  • 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro with M4, M4 Pro and M4 Max chips;
  • Mac mini with a redesigned design and M4 and M4 Pro processors;
  • iMac with an M4 processor;
  • iPad mini 7, which will be the first update in 3 years;
  • iPad 11 - there are conflicting rumours about whether we'll get a new base model iPad next month, so it's not certain yet.

When introducing new products, Apple usually updates its range and discontinues some older models. That's likely to be the case in October. The company is expected to remove these 5 devices from sales after next month's unveiling:

  • MacBook Pro with M3 processors;
  • Mac mini with M2;
  • iMac with M3;
  • iPad mini 6th generation;
  • iPad 10? (assuming the 11th generation is announced).
