The Redmi K80 and K80 Pro smartphones are expected to be announced in November this year. Till then, leaks and rumours continue to fuel interest in these devices. Another leak has provided information about the cameras and chipsets of the upcoming Redmi K80 series of smartphones.

Here's What We Know

It is reported that both the Redmi K80 smartphones will feature three cameras, the main module of which will have a 50MP resolution. The base model will also feature a telephoto lens, while the TV on the 80 Pro version will have an upgraded 50MP sensor with 3x zoom, instead of 2x in the K70 Pro. In addition to this, both phones will have an IP69 dust and water resistance rating.

In terms of performance, the Redmi K80 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, while the K80 Pro will get the more powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 4. Both smartphones will feature flat 6.67-inch OLED displays manufactured by TCL with 2K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The devices are also expected to support fast charging up to 120W and have a battery capacity of up to 6,500mAh. The Redmi K80 and K80 Pro are expected to be launched later in the global market as the Poco F7 and F7 Pro.
