Anker has announced the release of a new 3ft (approximately 0.9m) Flow USB-A to Lightning cable for the US market.

Here's What We Know

This cable has a soft and silky surface, which makes it stylish and convenient to use, as it does not get tangled.

According to the manufacturer, the data transfer rate is 480Mbps, and the cable also provides full charging speed for some older devices.

The Flow cable is MFi certified and can withstand more than 25,000 bends and a load of up to 100kg.

It comes with a silicone organiser and an 18-month warranty. Although it does not support maximum charging power, it works at high performance for iPhone 8 and AirPods Pro. For iPhone 14 and iPad Pro 10.5, the charging speed is limited to 12W.

The cable is currently available on Amazon US for $18.99, but only in black and in one length for now. There is no information yet on a possible launch in other countries such as the UK, Canada or Australia.
