Gamers have been waiting a long time for the release of the new part of Dragon Age - the game was announced back in 2017 and later received the subtitle Dreadwolf, which was recently changed to The Veilguard.

There was a belief that BioWare would not be able to release the game on time, as there was a lot of work to be done, and postponements have become a common practice for big developers. But, fortunately, this will not happen.

Here's What We Know

The Canadian studio announced that Dragon Age: The Veilguard has "gone gold", which means that the main work has been completed, disc printing has started, and the game's release will definitely take place on October 31.

Apparently, the remaining time will be spent developing the first day patch and subsequent updates.

As for add-ons, the game director recently revealed that The Veilguard's storyline is completely self-contained and complete, and if the company does release DLC, it will focus on secondary storylines.

Dragon Age: The Veilguard will be available on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series, and everyone can pre-order it. Electronic Arts has also presented a collector's edition.

The system requirements of the game are already known.
