Tesla has already recalled batches of its Cybertruck electric vehicles four times due to technical problems found in them, and unfortunately it is doing so for the fifth time.

The US manufacturer said that there is a serious problem in vehicles manufactured between 13 November 2023 and 14 September 2024.

Here's What We Know

Tesla reports that Cybertruck with operating system 2024.32.5.2 and above, released in the specified dates, have a problem with the rear view camera: when reversing, the image from the camera does not appear immediately and the video delay is up to 10 seconds. Such a problem not only poses a danger on the road, but also contradicts the American law, according to which the image on the reversing camera should appear no more than 2 seconds after the start of driving.

The company is recalling over 27,000 Cybertruck vehicles from shops, and vehicles already sold will receive a software update.
