In order to claim a refund, users must have an FSA or HSA. These accounts allow US citizens to pay for medical expenses not covered by insurance.

Samsung assures that the process of obtaining a reimbursement will not be complicated: after the purchase, users only need to provide the relevant information to their HSA or FSA.
