OPPO CEO revealed the front of the upcoming Find X8 Pro flagship, which was tested in the Gobi Desert
OPPO's CEO showed off the front panel design of the upcoming new Find X8 Pro flagship and revealed some of the features of the new smartphone.
Here's What We Know
The image taken in the Gobi Desert shows the upcoming Find X8 Pro flagship being tested with satellite communication and according to OPPO CEO Zhou Yibao, the new smartphone passed the test successfully.
As seen in the image, the device features micro curved glass on all four corners of the display. The bezels around the screen are symmetrical and minimal, making it one of the thinnest in the industry. The left side of the device is probably the notification slider, while the power and volume buttons are on the right side.
It was previously reported that the OPPO Find X8 will get a "shortcut button" for certain functions, but the image doesn't show it. At the top of the display is a cutout for the front camera, which will perform similar functions to Dynamic Island on the latest iPhones.
The OPPO Find X8 series is expected to debut later this month and will be the successor to the Find X7, offering top-notch hardware and artificial intelligence features.
