Astro Bot, The Crew 2, and sports simulators became the most downloaded games on PlayStation 4/5 in September

Sony has shared the statistics of the games that players downloaded the most in September on PlayStation 4/5 in the US, Canada, and Europe.

Here's What We Know

Sports simulators became the leaders on PS5. NBA 2K25 in the US/Canada and EA SPORTS FC 25 in Europe.

Players also actively downloaded one of the best games of the year and the PS5 exclusive Astro Bot.

And of course, there were also games like Black Myth: Wukong, Hogwarts Legacy and GTA V.

The Crew 2 became very popular on PS4 thanks to a discount of more than 90%. Minecraft, Red Dead Redemption 2, and the aforementioned sports simulators and GTA V were also popular.
