The explosion sounded in the town of Karachev in the Bryansk region. Even at night, video confirmations from eyewitnesses were published, and later the Ukrainian General Staff confirmed the arsenal had been hit.

Judging by the video, the scale of the explosions is no smaller than in the previously blown up arsenals in the city of Toropets and in the Krasnodar region.

Surprisingly, despite the fact that the warehouse is 114 kilometres from the border with Ukraine, many shells were lying in the open air.
