Mario and Zelda will wake you up: Nintendo has unveiled the Alarmo interactive alarm clock

While gamers are waiting for the announcement of the new Nintendo Switch 2 console, the Japanese company has unveiled another unexpected device.

The famous Japanese developer has announced ... Nintendo Sound Clock: Alarmo!

The device supports five themes made in the style of popular Nintendo games - Super Mario Odyssey, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Splatoon 3, Pikmin 4 and Ring Fit Adventure, but in the future the company promises to release updates that will diversify the appearance of the alarm clock. The screen of the gadget is not static, but supports several colourful animations.

The main feature of Alarmo will be a motion sensor, thanks to which the alarm clock will ring as long as you do not get up, and then reward the user with a triumphant sound of fanfare. With a wave of your hand you can postpone getting up, but if you don't react to the alarm clock, it will ring louder and louder.

The ringtone uses tunes from various Nintendo games, many of which are familiar from childhood.
