Galaxy A33 5G gets September 2024 security update

Samsung has released a new software update for the Galaxy A33 5G that contains the September 2024 security patch.

Here's What We Know

This update fixes 67 vulnerabilities. The update is now available for three models: SM-A336B, SM-A336E and SM-A336M. The new firmware version for the SM-A336B is A336BXXSAEXI8, and for the SM-A336E it is A336EDXSAEXI8.

To install the update, go to Settings in the Software Update section and click Download & Install.

Samsung maintains a schedule of quarterly security updates for the Galaxy A33 5G, so the next changes are expected by the end of the year. In addition, the device should receive One UI 7.0 based on Android 15.
