Samsung releases update for Galaxy S24 FE in the US

Galaxy S24 FE has already received its first software update. After launching last week in India, Europe and some African markets, the update is now available in the US.

Here's What We Know

In the US, the update is being rolled out via Verizon's network, and should be available on other carrier versions and unlocked models soon. It contains an important security fix for October 2024 and upgrades the firmware version to S721USQS2AXI5.

The update includes only security patches, which is common for new smartphones.

This model, like other devices in the S24 series, will receive firmware updates for seven years.
