Apple continues to develop Visual Intelligence technology, which first appeared in the iPhone 16, and new devices with support for this option may soon appear on the market.

Here's What We Know

Bloomberg reports that Apple is developing smartglasses that will develop the augmented reality capabilities now available in Apple Vision Pro headsets.

At the moment, the US company is working on a gadget similar to Meta's Ray Ban - these will be glasses with integrated visual intelligence (Visual Intelligence) and equipped with built-in cameras, microphones and speakers.

This is reportedly how Apple wants to recoup at least some of the multi-billion dollar investment that went into developing the Apple Vision Pro Visual Intelligence.

It is separately emphasised that this will not be an augmented reality device, but, apparently, users will be able to quickly get information about everything in their field of vision.

The novelty will appear on the market earlier than 2027. Its cost is unknown, but the analogue from Meta is offered to buyers for $299.

The gadget is being developed by Vision Products Group.
