Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 on smartphones and TVs! Microsoft confirmed that the shooter will be available on the Xbox Cloud Gaming service
The release of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 - one of the most anticipated games of 2024 - is approaching.
The new shooter from Activision will be available on PC and consoles of two current generations, but today it became known that thanks to modern technologies in reality the game will be launched on more platforms.
Here's What We Know
Microsoft and Activision have confirmed that Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will be available on the Xbox Cloud Gaming service from day one after release, allowing the game to be streamed to smartphones, tablets and smart TVs.
Access to the cloud is free for Game Pass Ultimate subscribers.
In addition, a similar option will be available for two more games in the series - Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III and Call of Duty: Warzone.
This is a first in the history of the Call of Duty series and a win for the community. Players will be able to access multiple Call of Duty games through Xbox Cloud Gaming for the first time, and Game Pass Ultimate members will be able to play Call of Duty in more ways than ever before, including on their consoles, PCs, mobile devices, Samsung smart TVs, Amazon Fire TV and Meta Quest VR headsets.
The option will launch in beta for now.
When We Can Expect It
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will release on 25 October for PC, PlayStation and Xbox, including Game pass.
