Lenovo announces ThinkPad X1 2-in-1 Gen 10 Aura Edition with Lunar Lake processor
At Techworld, Lenovo has unveiled a new version of its flagship 2-in-1 laptop - the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 2-in-1 Gen 10 Aura Edition.
Here's What We Know
This device is powered by the latest Intel Core Ultra 2000V platform, which promises significant performance improvements over its predecessors.
One of the main updates is the new Lunar Lake processor, which significantly improves battery life compared to the Gen 9 model, where the laptop lasted only eight hours on a single charge.
Thanks to the improved energy efficiency of the new platform, battery life will increase significantly.
The design of the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 2-in-1 Gen 10 retains the style of its predecessor, with the ability to convert to a large 14-inch tablet that supports a digital pen. This pen is no longer stored in the case, but is attached to the aluminium body with a magnet.
The laptop is only available in silver, and its screen can be selected between OLED 2.8K or IPS WUXGA panels with brightness up to 500 cd/m².
Lenovo also announced the Aura Edition features that have already been introduced with the ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 13. The new product is expected to hit the European market in February 2025 at a price starting from €2,389 excluding taxes.
