New for active people: Mobvoi has launched the TicWatch Atlas, the "most durable smartwatch" in the brand's history

Mobvoi has unveiled a new model in its smartwatch line-up, the TicWatch Atlas.

The manufacturer claims that the TicWatch Atlas will be the "most durable smartwatch" in the brand's history.

Specifications of the gadget:

  • Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 chip;
  • 2GB of RAM;
  • 32GB of inbuilt memory;
  • 628 mAh battery;
  • 5 ATM water resistance and MIL-STD-810H certification.

The watch case is made of 7000-series aluminium and glass fibre nylon.

The main feature of the TicWatch Atlas will be its dual 1.43-inch screen. One half of it has an AMOLED matrix and the other half is IPS. The screen supports Always On and is covered with sapphire glass.

In Essential Mode, the watch will provide 45 days of battery life and up to 90 hours of battery life when Smart Mode is enabled. Just 30 minutes of charging will allow the gadget to work for two days.

The novelty comes with the Wear OS 4 operating system.

The manufacturer positions TicWatch Atlas as a device for people who lead an active lifestyle. The watch is equipped with a large number of sensors that will help to monitor physical health indicators, monitor location and quickly find out other useful information.

The TicWatch Atlas is already on sale in two colours - black and silver. The gadget is priced at $349.
