The other day there was information about the first performance tests of the future mid-budget smartphone Samsung Galaxy A36 and following this came up and the first renders of the device.

Here's What We Know

According to photo and video renders from the portal Giznext and insider OnLeaks, the rear panel of the device will have a vertically arranged camera unit, reminiscent of the design of the Galaxy Note 10 or Galaxy A30s. The new smartphone will be slightly narrower (77.9mm), taller (162.6mm) and thinner (7.4mm) than its predecessor Galaxy A35, which measures 161.7 x 78.0 x 8.2mm. Also, judging from the images, the new Galaxy A36 will get the elevation on the volume and power buttons, referred to as Key Island, from its predecessor.

Screen Galaxy A36 will increase to 6.64 inches (instead of 6.6 in A35), and the frame around the screen will be thinner. The smartphone will feature an in-display fingerprint scanner and will be powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 or Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset, judging by tests in Geekbench.

The Galaxy A36 and the older A56 model are expected to be officially announced in March or April next year.
