It looks like Black Myth: Wukong will soon be released on Xbox Series consoles - hinted at by the age rating from the ESRB

The much-talked-about Chinese action game Black Myth: Wukong was released in August 2024 and is still unavailable on the Xbox Series, which has generated a lot of controversy and speculation.

Some claimed that the developers made a secret agreement with Sony and made their game a PS5 console exclusive, while other insiders claimed that the delay is solely due to the technical limitations of the weak Xbox Series S hardware.

It seems that the second option is closer to the truth, as there was information that the game will still be released on American consoles.

On the site of the classification agency ESRB posted information about the age rating of the Xbox Series version of Black Myth: Wukong. Usually, this happens shortly before the official announcement, so, great news from Game Science and Microsoft may follow soon.
