The weekly sales chart of the Steam digital shop has been published, which objectively reflects the interests of gamers at the moment.

Here's What We Know

The leading line is still held by Japanese anime fighting game Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO, sales of which exceeded 3 million copies for the first day. Apparently, gamers are attracted by the opportunity to clash in battles with their favourite characters from the Dragon Ball universe.

The second place is taken by the Steam Deck handheld console, and closing the top three is an unexpected indie hit Liar's Bar, in which creepy anthropomorphic animals play gambling games not for life, but for death.

It is noteworthy that the famous survival simulator DayZ and its standalone add-on DayZ Frostline returned to the top ten most profitable Steam products, which was helped by a discount in honour of Bohemia Interactive's 25th anniversary.

A new version of the ill-fated MMORPG New World, subtitled Aeternum, also got off to a good start. Amazon made a lot of improvements and innovations and ported the game to PS5 and Xbox Series.

The full list of the top ten most profitable Steam titles from 15 to 22 October looks like this:
