Insta360 Ace Pro 2: new action camera with support for 8K video recording at 30 frames per second
Insta360 has released a new action camera Ace Pro 2, which will compete with GoPro Hero 13 Black and DJI OSMO Action 5 Pro.
Here's What We Know
Ace Pro 2 is the world's first dual-chip action camera to support 8K video recording at 30 frames per second. Thanks to an improved battery, the camera's lifespan has increased by 50%, and its water resistance allows it to be submerged to a depth of 12 metres without a case.
The new model also features an improved 2.5-inch flip-up screen and two AI chips, one for image processing and the other for overall performance. The 1/1.3-inch sensor with a 157-degree viewing angle supports 8K slow motion, and 4K can be shot at up to 120 frames per second.
The Ace Pro 2 also has new features, including gesture and voice control and advanced noise reduction. It will be available for $399.99.
