Garmin improves sleep monitoring in new update for Fenix 8, Fenix E and Enduro 3

Garmin has announced a stable update for its Fenix 8, Fenix E and Enduro 3 smartwatches, which includes more than 100 bug fixes and over 70 new features.

Beta version 12.09, which is a precursor to the next update, has many changes. These include an improved interface, new navigation options, active training features and meditation support.

Users have already reported fixing many of the issues they had with their gadgets. The main innovations include backing up and restoring settings, improved sleep monitoring, and new settings for marine activities. The update also includes improved GPS and sensor performance.
