The new version of Samsung's Android UI, One UI 7, will be launched alongside the Galaxy S25 series in January 2025. Pakistani YouTuber Mobile Wala Bhai previously got access to One UI 7 on the Galaxy S24 Ultra and shared videos demonstrating the new features.

Here's What We Know

Among the most significant changes is the redesigned Quick Access panel, now divided into sections for notifications and settings. Users will be able to customise the location of switches and sliders, which improves usability.

The lock screen has also been redesigned, giving users more control over the clock position and the ability to add mini-widgets for quick access to information. A new element in the form of an emergency call pad will appear at the bottom of the screen.

The design of application icons, such as Camera and Contacts, will be updated, and new widgets for battery and secure Wi-Fi will appear. Notifications will now look bigger with a new pill-shaped design and a background blur effect.

This leak gives us a glimpse into the future of One UI 7, but keep in mind that the features may change before the Galaxy S25 launches. Samsung plans to share more details in the coming months.
