[Redacted] is an isometric roguelike set in the universe of The Callisto Protocol, where you have to escape a prison filled with monsters
If you've been waiting for a sequel to The Callisto Protocol horror, the game's creators have something for you, but it's not quite what you expected.
Here's What We Know
Striking Distance Studios has released [Redacted], an isometric fast-action roguelike.
We once again find ourselves in the Black Iron prison, which is located on Jupiter's icy moon Callisto and is overrun by hordes of infected prisoners. As a humble prison guard, your task is simple - get to the last escape pod and get out alive.
But you're not the only survivor who wants to escape. Your rivals - a crazed warden, a brutal gangster, a maniacal barmaid and others - can't wait to step over your corpse and escape.
After you die, everything starts again, but the money you earned is saved so that you can buy better equipment. In general, if you have played at least one roguelike, then the system is clear to you.
The game also has an interesting "cartoon" style, and the authors promise fast gameplay, where everything explodes all the time and a crowd of different enemies runs at you.
When We Can Expect It
[Redacted] was released in early access on 28 October, and the full release will take place on 31 October on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series.
