Samsung Galaxy S24 FE went on sale just recently, but the first rumours about the next model - Galaxy S25 FE - have already started to appear.

Here's What We Know

According to rumours, Samsung refused to release the Exynos 2500 chip due to its inability to compete with the new chip from Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 8 Elite. This means that the entire Galaxy S25 flagship lineup will be powered by the latest Snapdragon chip. It also means that the Galaxy S25 FE will not get the Exynos 2500e chip without having the regular Exynos 2500.

Informant Chun Bhai reports that the upcoming Galaxy S25 FE is likely to use the original version of the Exynos 2400 chip currently used in the Galaxy S24 smartphones and will be slightly more powerful than the Exynos 2400e version that the Galaxy S24 FE uses. It is also possible that Samsung is using Mediatek's flagship solution, probably the Dimensity 9400 chip, as there are reports that Samsung and Mediatek are in talks to supply chips for the new smartphones. But despite this, there is still information that Exynos 2500 is in development.

But these are just rumours and it's too early to say what's in store for the Galaxy S25 FE and the long-suffering Exynos 2500 chip.
