DxOMark's analysis of the iPhone 16 Pro's display was not very optimistic for Apple fans.

Here's What We Know

With a score of 150 points, the iPhone 16 Pro ranks 17th in the global ranking and is far behind its competitors - Samsung S24 Ultra (155 points) and Google Pixel 9 Pro XL (158 points).

This new smartphone is not only losing in comparison to its competitors, but also to its predecessor, the iPhone 15 Pro, which scored 151 points.

Nevertheless, the iPhone 16 Pro's display shows nice and accurate colours both indoors and outdoors. However, the low brightness and contrast levels have a negative impact on readability. Especially when watching HDR 10 videos. In addition, the reduced panel thickness leads to frequent accidental touches that interfere with comfortable use.

Although the display of the iPhone 16 Pro does not meet expectations, DxOMark still calls it "impressive" for flagship models. However, those who expected significant improvements may be disappointed with the results.
